Nail art piercing

When you take manicure to extreme, what do you get? you get interesting looking manicures, some at the point of being downright art.
But sometimes you have to ask that question, you know, the one that keeps popping in everyone’s mind: how do you live with that? How do you wear those nails on a regular daily basis? I’m a nail perfectionist and besides having some tiny flowers appliqué, I haven’t tried something else (piercings, or any form of nail art). My curiosity and my accurateness go as far as doing a close to perfect white French tip. What was the most artistic nail art you’ve ever had?
